Interpreting Israel’s Nationality Law

The Israeli Supreme Court Project at Cardozo School of Law presents a lecture by Professor Ori Aronson (Faculty of Law, Bar-Ilan University), “Interpreting Israel’s Nationality Law.” The lecture, which will take place on Monday, October 7, 12:00-1:30 p.m, at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Room 211, will concern the legal implications of Basic Law: Israel – the Nation State of the Jewish People and, given its unclear position in the Israeli constitutional structure, the challenges it poses to judges and other interpreters.
