Zuabi, Abdel Rahman

Abdel Rahman Zuabi was the first Arab to graduate from Tel Aviv University's School of Law and Economics. He served as a deputy chief of the district court in Nazareth in 1996–2002 and, in 1999, was appointed to the Israeli Supreme Court for a nine-month term, becoming the first Arab justice to serve on the court.
